Unicorn Hot chocolate

Once you lay your eyes on this Unicorn Hot Chocolate, in hot pink perfection… you just might change your mind and live for magical moments

It’s a creation so mind blowing you can’t help but smile and want a sip. Now imagine a steaming cup of this colourful explosion in your grip, complete with a pile whipped cream, marshmallows and magical rainbows.

I’m sure you’ve seen quite a number photos popping up on Facebook about Unicorn Hot Chocolate, I set myself out on a mission to recreate this mystical treat in the comfort of my own home. It is definitely a insta-worthy drink to share.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup white chocolate chips
• 2cups light cream
• 2 cups milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Pink food colouring
• whipped cream
• Sprinkles
• Tiny marshmallows

Directions: 

1.  Heat the white chocolate chips, light cream, milk and vanilla extract is a saucepan while constantly whisking, must not boil!
2. Whisk in the pink food colouring to preferred colour.
3. Pour into mugs and top it off with a good amount of whipped cream, and spoonful (or two) of rainbow sprinkles, and mini marshmallows. 

Everyone needs a caffeine fix, maybe this is the Unicorns' secret revealed. ☕
